KEN LASH, Senior Pastor

Ken is a passionate, insightful teacher, who has served in many capacities at Grace Church. Recently appointed as Senior Pastor, Ken served as the Executive Pastor, overseeing the administration and day-to-day operations of the church, for two years. Prior to serving in a pastoral role within the church, Ken ran a highly successful business in the Lakeland area. Ken continued to move into greater roles of teaching and counseling as the call of God strengthened on his life. Ken is supported in the ministry with his wide, Janet, and son, Matthew. Janet often teaches many of the women’s bible studies, and meets regularly with women in the church for one-on-one discipleship. In his spare time, Ken enjoys riding his Harley, sport fishing, reading (C.S. Lewis, R.C. Sproul, Tommy Tenney and Claude King) and teaching.

TARA ALLEN, Worship Pastor & Executive Assistant

Prior to becoming the Worship Pastor at Grace, Tara was a member of the Worship Team for over 6 years. It is her desire to continue the wonderful legacy of teaching the congregation of Grace Church what it means to live a life of intimate worship with the Father. In addition, it is her heart to provide a quality music program through which gifted musicians can serve the Body. Tara also works as the church's Executive Assistant, serving as a liaison between the church leadership, individual ministry leaders, and the Church Body in the execution of various ministry initiatives. Tara and her husband, Dave, are life-long residents of the area. In 2007, they celebrated the birth of their first child, Xander. In addition to their son, they are also the proud "parents" of Max (a black lab), as well as Pepper & Mr. Clyde (two very large cats).

RUSTY & ANGEL HERRINGTON, Student Ministries Directors

Rusty was born and raised right here in Lakeland. He and his wife, Angel, have six wonderful children - Nikki, Phillip, Britany, Desi, Ryan, and Cameron. Rusty and his family have been at Grace Church since 1999. His passion for children and youth ministry flows out of his own experience coming to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the age of 6. He says that the most exciting thing about student ministry is "seeing them come to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus, and teaching them that they don’t have to wait until they’re older to start serving Him." Some of Rusty’s other interests include racing ("anything with a motor") and working in his yard. He also likes starlight peppermints and collects hippos!

ROSEMARY ROBERTS, Office Manager

Rosemary and her husband, Arlis, are lifelong Lakeland residents. Rosemary manages the day-to-day administration of the church, and oversees the church facilities. Whether you’re looking for a particular scripture reference, need someone to pray with, or just want to hear a friendly voice, Rosemary is available to minister to your needs in a variety of ways. She is excited to be a part of the work God is doing at Grace Church.
